WARM UPS / ESCALFAMENTS

7-minute warm-up

This is a 7-minute warm-up for singers. Remember to always sing as high or low as you are comfortable - but feel free to push yourself and work your instrument to widen your vocal range.

  1. Sch-Sch - imitation - focus on support, breath, tension/release

  2. Va - long note or falling melody

  3. Do Bap - chestvoice, going down

  4. Nai- ai - head voice/mix, going down

  5. Now Now - chestvoice to headvoice or belting, going up

ESCALFAMENT DE 7-minutS

Aquí tens un escalfament de 7-minuts per cantants. És important cantar i estar còmode, però també és una bon idea desafiar-te i treballar per ampliar el teu rang vocal.

  1. Sch-Sch - imitació - focus: suport, l’aire, tensió/relaxar

  2. Va - Pots triar canta una nota llarga o la melodia que baixa

  3. Do Bap - veu de pit, baixant

  4. Nai- ai - falsetto/mix baixant cap a veu de pit

  5. Now Now - veu de pit cap a falsetto o belting, puixant
